Introduction
These Terms of Service explain the rules for using Podorax, a platform for podcast hosts, creators, guests, founders, experts, and teams to discover each other, create guest requests, respond to opportunities, send invitations, message, schedule recordings, manage episode preparation, receive notifications, publish episode references, save items, and build reputation through reviews.
Podorax facilitates introductions and collaboration workflows. We are not a party to any separate agreement between users, and we do not guarantee that a guest request will result in a booking, a recorded conversation, a published episode, compensation, audience growth, or any particular business outcome. Platform features may change, be interrupted, or be removed as the product evolves.
These Terms apply to the public website, the authenticated app, and any related Podorax features that link to these Terms. Some internal or experimental features may be incomplete, may contain bugs, may have limited support, and may change over time.
Eligibility
You may use Podorax only if you can form a binding agreement and are legally permitted to use online services in your location. You are responsible for making sure your use of Podorax complies with laws, platform rules, employer policies, podcast network requirements, and any professional obligations that apply to you.
Podorax is intended for professional and creator collaboration. If you use Podorax on behalf of a company, agency, studio, podcast network, brand, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization and to manage the profiles, requests, responses, messages, schedules, and published episode information you submit.
Account Registration
You need an account to use the main Podorax app. You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and promptly update information that becomes inaccurate. Podorax currently uses Supabase Auth for authentication, and may support email/password, Google sign-in, password reset, and other authentication flows as the platform matures.
You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. If you believe someone has accessed your account without permission, you should secure your credentials and contact Podorax. We may ask for information to verify account ownership before making account changes or disclosing account-related information.
Creator Profiles
Creator profiles help other users understand who you are, what you know, where you are based, which languages you use, what topics you want to be known for, and how you can be evaluated as a potential podcast guest or collaborator. Your profile may include a display name, profile photo, country, topics, languages, biography, headline, social or presence links, availability signals, reputation data, and published episode references.
You are responsible for keeping your profile truthful, current, and respectful. You may not impersonate another person, misrepresent your affiliation with a podcast, company, brand, or institution, use another person's image without permission, create fake profiles, or use profile fields to mislead hosts or guests. Podorax may remove or limit profiles that appear fraudulent, abusive, misleading, spammy, or unsafe.
Guest Requests
Guest requests allow hosts and creators to describe the type of guest they want for a podcast conversation. A request may include a title, description, ideal guest details, topics, languages, preferred country or location preference, recording format, recording platforms, episode length, recording date or time notes, promotion plans, and links to relevant channels or platforms.
If you create a guest request, you are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the request. You should not post misleading opportunities, fake requests, requests for illegal or harmful activity, or requests that discriminate unlawfully. Podorax may hide, remove, close, or moderate requests that violate these Terms, our policies, or the trust and safety expectations of the platform.
Responses
Guest responses allow creators to express interest in a guest request. A response may include a pitch, relevant experience, proposed talking points, links, availability notes, and other information intended to help the host evaluate fit. Submitting a response does not guarantee that you will be shortlisted, accepted, invited to record, or featured in an episode.
Hosts are responsible for reviewing responses fairly and professionally. Hosts may shortlist, accept, or decline responses using Podorax workflows. A response acceptance creates a collaboration workflow, but Podorax does not become responsible for the final recording, episode format, publication decision, commercial arrangement, or off-platform communication between the participants.
Invitations
Podorax allows hosts to invite specific creators to respond to a published guest request. Invitations are intended to reduce cold outreach and help hosts contact relevant creators inside the product. An invitation is not a guarantee of acceptance, a booking, or participation in a podcast episode.
You may not use invitations to spam creators, harass users, pressure people to collaborate, or repeatedly contact someone who has declined or ignored an invitation. Podorax may limit or suspend invitation features if we believe they are being used abusively or in a way that harms the marketplace experience.
Messaging
Messaging is provided to help accepted hosts and guests discuss a specific podcast collaboration. Messages may include conversation details, preparation notes, resource links, attachments, and other information relevant to planning an episode. Messaging is not intended for spam, harassment, unsolicited sales campaigns, deceptive promotions, or unsafe conduct.
Podorax may provide conversation tools such as archiving, pinning, blocking, reporting, read receipts, typing indicators, file attachments, preparation workspaces, questions, resources, and checklists. We may review reports and related metadata to enforce these Terms, protect users, debug product issues, and maintain platform safety.
Scheduling
Scheduling features help conversation participants propose, accept, decline, cancel, complete, and prepare recording sessions. Availability settings and scheduling tools are provided for coordination only. Podorax does not guarantee that a proposed time will be accepted, that participants will attend, or that a recording platform will be available.
Users are responsible for confirming the time, timezone, meeting link, recording platform, equipment requirements, guest release requirements, and any other production details. If you add meeting links or recording notes to Podorax, you are responsible for making sure you have permission to share those details with the other participant.
Published Episodes
Podorax may allow users to add links to published episodes after a collaboration is completed. Published episode information may include a title, description, platform links, publication date, and references to the guest request or conversation that produced the episode.
Adding a published episode link does not transfer ownership of the episode to Podorax. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to publish, link, describe, promote, or reference the episode. Podorax may remove episode references that are inaccurate, infringing, misleading, unsafe, or unrelated to the collaboration.
Reviews & Reputation
Podorax includes reviews, ratings, reputation summaries, marketplace statistics, and related trust signals to help users evaluate collaboration quality. Reviews should be honest, relevant to the completed collaboration, and based on your real experience. Reviews may influence profile visibility, marketplace ranking, and trust indicators.
You may not manipulate reviews, create fake reviews, trade reviews for unrelated benefits, threaten users for ratings, use multiple accounts to distort reputation, or post review content that is abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, or unrelated to the collaboration. Podorax may moderate, remove, hide, investigate, or change the status of reviews and review reports.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Podorax responsibly and professionally. You must not impersonate others, spam users, harass or threaten anyone, create fake profiles or requests, scrape the service, interfere with platform security, upload malicious files, attempt to bypass access controls, misuse notifications, or use Podorax for illegal, deceptive, discriminatory, or harmful activities.
You also agree not to abuse discovery features, saved items, rankings, messaging, invitations, reviews, or reporting tools. Podorax may use product limits, moderation, account restrictions, content removal, review moderation, reporting workflows, and security controls to protect the platform and its users.
User Content
User Content means information you submit, upload, publish, send, or otherwise make available through Podorax, including profile information, photos, guest requests, responses, invitations, messages, attachments, resource links, preparation notes, reviews, ratings, availability settings, notification preferences, saved items, and published episode references.
You are responsible for your User Content and for having the rights needed to share it. You must not submit content that infringes another person's rights, reveals confidential information without permission, contains malware, violates privacy rights, misleads other users, or breaks applicable law. Podorax may remove or restrict User Content when needed to operate, protect, or improve the platform.
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you create and submit to Podorax, subject to any rights you grant to other users or third parties outside Podorax. By submitting User Content, you grant Podorax a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, display, reproduce, transmit, and use that content as needed to provide, secure, moderate, improve, and promote the service.
For public or discoverable content, such as public creator profiles, published guest requests, reviews, ratings, and published episode references, this license includes displaying the content to other users and using it in discovery, recommendations, rankings, search, notifications, and related product features. This license does not give Podorax ownership of your podcast, episode, brand, likeness, or creative work.
Copyright
You should only upload or share content that you own, have permission to use, or are legally allowed to use. This includes profile photos, podcast artwork, episode links, descriptions, message attachments, documents, and any content copied from other websites, platforms, or creators.
If you believe content on Podorax infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you may contact us through the Contact page with enough information to identify the content and explain your rights. Podorax may remove or restrict content while reviewing a copyright issue and may suspend repeat infringers or accounts used primarily for infringement.
Platform Availability
Podorax is provided as an online service that may change over time. We may add, update, test, suspend, limit, or discontinue features, including beta features, discovery tools, rankings, saved items, scheduling tools, notifications, messaging features, and review workflows. We may also perform maintenance or experience outages caused by infrastructure providers, third-party services, security events, bugs, or other issues.
We work to provide a reliable product, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of important production materials, guest notes, podcast assets, contracts, recording files, and other business-critical information.
If Podorax changes, pauses, or removes a feature, we are not responsible for recreating workflows, restoring business opportunities, replacing lost audience outcomes, or ensuring that off-platform collaborations continue. We will try to make product changes thoughtfully, but platform evolution is part of using an early-stage service.
Account Suspension
Podorax may suspend, restrict, or limit an account if we believe the account creates risk for users, violates these Terms, violates platform policies, harms trust or safety, manipulates reviews, creates fake profiles, sends spam, uploads unsafe content, or attempts to misuse product features.
Suspension may affect access to profiles, requests, responses, invitations, messages, scheduling, reviews, notifications, saved items, and other account data. Where reasonable, we may provide notice or an opportunity to appeal, but urgent safety, security, legal, or abuse concerns may require immediate action.
Termination
You may stop using Podorax at any time. You may request account deletion or other account changes through available product settings or the Contact page. Some information may remain for limited periods if needed for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backup, audit, or legitimate business purposes.
Podorax may terminate or restrict your access if you materially violate these Terms, create risk for other users, misuse the service, or if continuing to provide access would create legal, security, operational, or trust and safety concerns. Termination does not automatically delete content that other users have already received or relied upon in a completed collaboration.
Privacy
Your privacy matters to Podorax. Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, how long we keep it, and what choices or rights may be available to you. By using Podorax, you acknowledge that we process information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Because Podorax includes public profiles, marketplace discovery, messaging, scheduling, reviews, notifications, and published episode references, some information you provide may be visible to other users or used to operate collaboration features. You should not submit confidential information unless it is appropriate for the feature you are using.
Disclaimers
Podorax is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
We do not guarantee that Podorax will produce bookings, collaborations, accepted responses, invitations, recordings, episode publication, revenue, sponsorships, growth, ratings, or audience outcomes. We do not verify every user claim, profile detail, request, response, message, review, or external link, and users should use professional judgment before collaborating off platform.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Podorax and its affiliates, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, business interruption, or failed collaborations arising from your use of the platform.
Our total liability for any claim related to Podorax will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid to Podorax for the service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms as Podorax evolves, including when we add new features, change business models, improve safety workflows, update legal requirements, or prepare for broader launch. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as posting an updated date, showing an in-app notice, or sending a notification where appropriate.
Your continued use of Podorax after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using Podorax and may request account deletion subject to the data retention rules described in our Privacy Policy.
Contact Information
Questions about these Terms can be submitted through the Podorax Contact page. Please include enough detail for us to understand your request, identify the relevant account or content, and route the matter to support, legal, copyright, trust and safety, or partnerships as appropriate.
Because Podorax is still developing its public legal operations, the Contact page is the preferred entry point for legal and policy questions until dedicated legal contact channels are published.
